Welcome to The Johnathan Thurston Academy.

In February 2018, Managing Director Johnathan Thurston launched The Johnathan Thurston Academy, a powerful and influential institution that focuses on employment, community, and education engagement. Led by Johnathan Thurston himself, our Academy stands as a national ambassador of positive messaging and a force to be reckoned with.

At The Johnathan Thurston Academy, we bring together the strength of our powerful brand and our extensive networks to foster a sustainable collaborative approach. Our programs aim to create behavioural change, cultivate positive attitudes, and support students in their journey to complete their education and secure meaningful employment.

We pride ourselves on being a community of learning, where personal growth and experiences are shared through storytelling across generations. Participants at The Johnathan Thurston Academy not only experience personal growth and life success through inspired belief, but they also learn the invaluable skill of inspiring others to achieve the same.

Inspiring positive change to the young people of Australia

Self-Belief

Self-belief is the heartbeat of success! We embark on a journey of Self-belief at Johnathan Thurston Academy. Join JT and the community as we nurture the belief in ourselves, celebrate our unique abilities, and pave the way for extraordinary achievements.

Confidence

Confidence is more than just a word—it's a powerful belief that fuels success. Join us as we dive deep into the core value of Confidence. Let's embrace our individuality, amplify our strengths, and empower ourselves and others in our circles to achieve greatness.

Courage

Being courageous, by definition, means going out of your comfort zone to achieve things that are important to you. It does not mean you have to act recklessly; it is more about standing up for yourself and what you believe in. Be clear about what you want and be open to change.

Our Team Members

A common concern a visitor experiences is how well will the product or service be supported. Introducing the team eases fears while showing confidence.

Managing Director
Johnathan Thurston

Johnathan Thurston is a strong positive influence and role model, as demonstrated by his long list of accolades, including 2018 Australian Humanitarian of the Year.

It is critical to note that Johnathan’s well-published messages are spoken directly from his sincere passion of our nation’s youth and his Indigenous culture. In doing so, this organically creates an experience that fosters group cohesion, community, shared responsibility, and a greater sense of self-belief and identity.
