Carlin Anderson

Carlin is a proud Aboriginal ( Noonucal / Kullilli) man, who has worked extensively within the youth justice , education and private sector mainly focusing on young people and families. He has have previously worked as the Youth Justice Field Officer who sits within the Townsville Stronger Community Early Action Group.

Whilst working as the YJ representative Carlin worked collaboratively with key stakeholders within the Townsville community. Whilst working with the early intervention kids Carlin developed , implemented and facilitated a range of strategic engagement activities for the young person to gain better knowledge around their offending and behaviours.

Carlin has worked within schools as an operations officer for the Clontarf Foundation. Carlin supported and mentored first nations males to engage and reengage back into education. Carlin has played and trained within the NRL system having served four years training with the Cowboys and Broncos NRL squads. Carlins hobbies are golf, family time and horses , he likes drinking coffee and his favourite food is pork boa buns.
