Cesar was born in Whangārei, New Zealand, and moved to Mount Isa at the age of five. Growing up in the Mount Isa community has shaped my strong connection to local young people and their experiences. I enjoy staying active through volleyball and basketball, bringing energy and teamwork into both sport and work.
My goal in working within the youth space is to be part of empowering young people on their journeys, supporting them to build confidence and reach their personal and educational goals. And i am passionate about encouraging resilience, positive mindset and growth in every young person i engage with.
